YOUTH MINISTRY RALLY GRANT APPLICATION
GLR awards grants to subsidize costs for teens to participate in GLR Youth of Unity (Y.O.U.) or
Uniteen Rallies.
Qualifications:
1. This application must be submitted by a youth leader on behalf of any youth (one or more) requesting assistance. Only one application per ministry.
2. Anyone applying for a scholarship must be an active member of the Great Lakes Region. Refer to the Great Lakes Region Bylaws for definition of active member.
3. This application form must be accompanied by an email of support from your Unity Minister, Spiritual Leader, or Board President.
4. Applicants for Youth Ministry Grants are eligible for one scholarship or tuition award per calendar year.
5. Applicants will be notified by email regarding the status of their application within 6 weeks.
